This chart represents all the sales in Palolo valley in the past 3 years. We can see the most sales have occurred in May & June. If we assume a 45 to 60 day closing, on average, we could say that the best time to list a property in Palolo Valley, would be March & April*.
*Although May & June may have the highest sales, historically, the rest of the year is pretty strong, too.
